I think it's wonderful. Guys who suck should lose their jobs. He can earn his way back by not sucking.

27 games in, so that’s close to spring training. Regardless, we should be still understanding that’s he’s only 22 and only has 227 MLB PA’s under his belt.

lol. It’s his lofty .660 OPS that earned him an immediate insertion, in the cleanup spot or those monstrous 8 home runs in 301 at bats. Sorry Ty, we love your dedication to this organization, but it’s time you take a back seat, to this new phenomenal player we pulled out of the great Seattles trash can.

I forgot, sorry Stu, we know how you’re hitting against lefties, but we got this new stud and we are paying Candy 15 million a year. Thank you for your service though.

Snell's record this year is very misleading (0-3 and a 5.10 ERA)....he's an accomplished pitcher who led the league in wins and ERA back in 2018 (21-5 and 1.89).

Well, I think it possible that it's a lost year and he'll be better next year. He should still lose his job if he doesn't get better. If he's better next year, he can win it back.

They traded for him after he was DFA. Basically dealing some nominal value to jump to the head of the waiver line and get him before anyone else does.

I still think they hoped to trade Candy and use France as a backfill to play out the season and nobody wanted Candy.
