Congratulations, Thomas Hammock, Head Coach of Northern Illinois...

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Hammock

Their Quarterback has some Terry Hanratti in him. Ironically, Hanratti played for Notre Dame, today's losers to Northern Illinois. One of the worst losses in Notre Dame history.

If the old college playoff system was still in place (4 teams), ND's season would effectively be over right now. With 12 teams, ND is still in the running, even with this loss.

    And, down go the Leprechauns!
And a Leprechaun favoring line judge fails to award NI a deserved 1st down with 30+ seconds left which would have allowed then to wait to kick the winning FG as time expired, instead of giving ND 30 sec to try to move into FG territory and kick their own game winning FG! In the end NI was able to withstand the 30 sec drive and the FG attempt failed and they got their much deserved upset anyway.

Houston got murdered by UNLV last week. This week they're about to get the ball with 2 minutes left only needing a FG to beat Oklahoma in Norman.

I loathe Michigan but they just graduated their entire offense and literally 40 players. Had like 15 players drafted, including their QB. Also a completely new O-Line. Michigan looking like crap says nothing about the big ten this season.

They should rebrand All Coast Conference, maybe create something worth watching. #FUACC.

I'm sure he won't actually win it, but Ashton Jeanty has to be the Heisman frontrunner after week 2, right?

I’m not surprised they’re crap this year either but it does mean that the Big Ten replaced a great team in 2023 with a crap team this year

Granted there are issues with this (seeing as Notre Dame is #10) but for whatever it's worth the SEC has 5 of the top 6 teams in this power index:

The SEC looks pretty good so far. Maybe Vanderbilt is better than Auburn and Kentucky?

The Vols have a long way to go to catch up offensively with the juggernaut known as the Indiana Hoosiers!

At the beginning of every college football season it’s like Groundhog Day with SeaRay on this thread, as we have to listen to the same bull**** spiel from him on the big 10. He’s a friggin broken record LOL

He can only brag up his conference (SEC), because his alma mater is a second tier team within the conference, and hasn’t done jack since Manning was QB.

We get it dude. Geez Are we gonna have to listen to you on here, week after week, dogging the Big Ten for the next six months?
