Indiana up 14-3 over the team from up north. Early 2Q.

Watched the first half of the Indiana-UM game. Indiana looks very good. Well conceived offense and good defense. Well coached team.

Third quarter in Bloomington was WAY different than the first two.

And put a fork in Iowa State...though they could still crawl into the Big XII title game.

And Indiana beats UM but it was a dicey second half.

If Michigan had anything resembling a QB they win that game by 2-3 touchdowns. Good win, but Indiana looked quite bad in the 2nd half.

The biggest mystery of the season to me is how the defending national champs saw their QB room 10 months ago and said “we good” and went into this season with this. I mean, I’m enjoying it as an OSU fan, but wow. With that said, exact kind of Michigan team John Cooper lost to as a heavy favorite, so I’m not assuming OSU beats them.
What would you say.....ya do here?

Very bizarre. Harbaugh left the cupboard completely bare. They'd be terrible even if he was still there.

Everyone has been waiting for IU to face some competition and this game leaves a lot of questions, like did UM come together and play a great defensive game, did they find some things to exploit about IU's offense, or is IU just not as good as their season numbers? And the question about whether the Hoosiers are a true top 10 team still remains and will have to be settled in two weeks. Obviously, a win at OSU is amazing and probably a miracle, losing by a touchdown helps them, and losing big would give the committee a chance to drop them out of the sifter. Either way, the turnaround of this team has still been remarkable and it's nearly unthinkable that IU fans would ever be in a position to react with concern that their team didn't beat Michigan by three TDs.

Agreed. Sometimes you just have these games. Like OSU struggling with Nebraska. I also thought Michigan defensively played extremely well. Credit due there.

Indiana is going to play Ohio State, and Army is going to play Notre Dame, and in both cases I really have no idea what to expect. Both should be interesting.

    Some thoughts

Michigan defense is still excellent. OSU will struggle a bit against them but will score decently. The Michigan offense isn’t very good.

Indiana has good athletes and is excellently coached. OSU has excellent athletes and I think that will be the difference.

Indiana is now ranked 5th in the nation. If someone had bet on the season they would have had they could've made a nice profit.

SMU being ranked behind Miami is crazy.
