Strasburg was really good when healthy. But he couldn't stay that way and is now retired.

Exhibit #1 why the Reds should never sign a starting pitcher over 30 to a long term contract.

How did Patrick Corbin get on that list? Was he ever good?

He lead them to a World Series championship, so many Nationals fans are fine with his signing.

He had a good regular season that helped get them to the playoffs, but he was pretty lousy (basically his normal career self) in the playoffs that year.

For old time's sake, Corbin has given up 4 in his first three innings of his final appearance as a Nat today.

Yep he had one good season and basically a disaster since. He is making, most likely his final start for Gnats today. Maybe for anyone.

6 of the top 15 innings leaders this year are over thirty and a seventh is within a few weeks of that age: Lugo, Nola, Wheeler, Berrios, Servino, Gausman, and Burnes. Any of those guys would have looked good in a Cincinnati uniform this year, IMO.

Bo Jackson's Bo Knows Bo world tour was quite the show. That guy could really command a stage.
