2 innings where the free runner doesn't score. That's fairly low odds I believe.

I love the Old School references. That's lovely stuff , right there!!! I wonder how many people here under 40 have any idea who Anita Bryant is?

    Back to Baseball

    Lance McAlister's Game Recap
    Cincinnati Reds 4 Brewers 3 (11 innings)

Santiago Espinal lined a single that ricocheted off pitcher Bryce Wilson to score pinch-runner Rece Hinds with the walkoff winner.

First Reds game of season played beyond 10 innings.

Reds had a walkoff winner in Game 3 of season.
Next one came Thursday vs A’s in Game 134.
Next one came today vs Brewers in Game 138.

Reds now 12-26 in 1-run games.

Prior to Espinal, Reds had been 0 for 12 w/ runners in scoring position. 12 left on base.

Jake Fraley: HR first pitch he saw off the IL.

    Brandon Williamson started: 3.1 IN, 2 R, 66 pitches.
1st MLB appearance this season. Just one AAA rehab appearance.

    Jakob Junis 3.2 IN, R
Brent Suter came off IL: 3.0 IN
More transactions coming to add fresh arms, Junis and Suter each pitched 3 or more innings.

    Alexis Diaz: 1.0, win

India saved the day when he cut down a 10th inning runner at the plate with a heck of a field/throw on the contact play.

Wily Adames hit four homers in the series. Lawrence Butler hit five in the A’s series.

    How they scored:
    2nd Fraley HR, 1-0 Reds
2nd India sac fly, 2-0 Reds
    5th Friedl sac fly, 3-3
