Julian Aguiar Named Monday's starter

Aguiar will start Monday's game against the Astros, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Aguiar will be pitching after just three days of rest, though the Reds seem to be comfortable sending him back out for another start after he threw 78 pitches over four innings Thursday.

Ok…he’s also rarely swinging out of his shoes and that’s what the ball does when you have a more controlled swing. Shooting an outside pitch between 1st and 2nd.

I didn’t say a word about signing him….but he damn sure needs to be in the lineup. He hits the ball where it is pitched and plays great defense.

I mean he’s hitting .416 since July 8th….I imagine his BABIP is pretty decent.
