Five perfect innings for Gray. Hey! I'm doing my best to jinx him.

It would be an awfully spendy bullpen to have Martinez, Junis and Pagan, but from a quality standpoint it would not be bad, and flexibility would be excellent. Figure Suter stays, Moll gives a second lefty, assume Diaz doesn't get dealt Not a lockdown back of pen, but a pretty high number of good innings in that group.
I doubt Martinez is back. Kind of pricy and he isn't young. Be risky as I doubt he puts up as good of numbers next year. Not impossible though.

Was Benson loafing, or was that my imagination?

    Elly!

    Great Defensive play.

He's going to get better and better Defensively.

I'd still feel better if there were above average Defenders on both side of him for the next two years while he improves.

    What a job by Junis!

REDS have got to increase their payroll by 25% next season while they have so many young players who start on the roster.

Martinez is a player option at 12, I think. And Junis a mutual option at 8. Could be wrong on both, but that's my memory. So I think that the players get to decide, first. Martinez has had a fine year and shown starting ability, could see him going either way on option. Same for Junis.

I don't know if Suter has a deal, but I'd expect him to want to stay and the team to want him.

Ball took a weird bounce off the corner, he looked to be headed to the corner and had to adjust.

No the ball was hit hard down the line, Benson was running towards the line and the ball bounced off the Side wall

Looked like he bent over for it like an old man trying to pick up a dime.

Gray usually started having trouble around the 6th inning as a Red.
