I can see Votto spending a couple weeks with the team for spring training. Hang around the batting cage/video room dispensing his wisdom. And then visit with the team for 2-3 weekend series to check in with the guys.
I think he has a lot of intellectual curiosity about the world that he needs to satisfy. Baseball is just a sliver of all that.
