It's officially Opening Day folks, can't wait to get the lineups.![]()
Also can't wait to see who will be the first to light Pedro up in his first inning back in the National League.
Go Reds!

Go Reds!
Let's hear some noise for YOUR 2005 Cincinnati REDS!!!!!
It's on.
I'll be leaving bright and early to join the ruckus! I'm all pumped.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.
The start of the Ken Griffey Jr. comeback tour and Adam Dunn's first MVP season. It's great to be a Florida Gator, but it's even greater to be a Florida Gator on Opening Day. This one's gonna belong to the Reds.
I don't like that balance.....the L-L-L-R-L-R-R-R-R thing that Miley has going on.
But who cares, it's Opening Day!![]()
Well, Jimenez is a swith hitter.Originally Posted by Walkerforpres

Griffey, Casey, Dunn and Kearns have to hit 2-5 (perhaps 3-6), so you will have a LH group somewhere for sure. If you could suggest a better balance with our best hitters still getting the most AB's I'd like to consider it.
Our best bets for RH hitters in that #2 hole (when Jimenez is facing a RH pitcher) would be either Kearns or Randa *ducks*.Originally Posted by PuffyPig

Main point is, I disagree with Junior in the 2 hole. Not enough contact skills to hit there.
And on a bad, bad, bad note........I just got called into work. On Opening Day.![]()
Just got out of bed. 5:43 AM. Got a robust 1 hour of sleep due to extreme excitement, but right now I'm not too concerned about that.
Checking the news now, gonna hop in the shower and pick the ladyfriend up at 7:00 and hit the road.
It's going to be a great day.![]()
