    Okay, it's a 7.56 ERA now.

    BTW, if anyone isn't able to listen to the SF announcers, they're not the greatest but unlike Grande, Welsh, and Marty they don't act as if they know everything and, many times, they sound like two drunk guys sitting next to you at the ballpark.

    Mildly amusing at times and easy to tune out when they're not.

    ... and only 4 quality starts in 17 games started.

    Milton ERA by month
    Apr. = 6.75 ERA
    May = 7.29 ERA
    June = 8.02 ERA

    What goes up must come down, right?!?

    RFA,

    One of these days we're going to look up and see that Eric Milton has an OPS Against of over 1.000.

    You just can't think that kind of pitching will continue. Yet it does. And it's been getting worse.

    Lopez ranges DEEP and back into the hole at SS, manages to plant and just flat out guns the ball to Casey. Runner very barely safe. Great play but Runner on 1st.

    Duane Kuiper is the SF announcer, I think....guy hit one HR in his major league career - hit it off Steve Stone of all people.

    Guy also played 2b for Cleveland - single-handedly helped Len Barker toss his perfect game.

    Actually, when you think about it, for Milton to throw 28 pitches and only be down 2 runs is pretty good.

    What's that 1?

    We lead the league in hitting foul HR's.

    That's the first one I can remember that went our way.
