Dunn drives in two with a broken-bat muscle looper to CF after Mike Matheny's Passed Ball moves the Runners to 2nd and 3rd.

They used to carry Hal over when big things were going on. Remember when the Reds turned down Gagne for Reese, and supposedly Young was supposed to be traded to the Twins in 2001? Hal stayed over twice. I too get frustrated when they waste to much time on pleasantries, and the inning is over before they get to any substance.

Randa singles and Griffey grounds out to Snow. Three down, Reds lead 2-0.

    Groundout to Lopez. One down.

Lopez' throws are far more accurate when he doesn't do the double-cluth thingamabob.

Hopefully this will be the last batter this inning because if I have to listen to that kid announce one more hitter I'm going to throw something at the TV.

Nice inning by Luke. It seems like Reds pitchers are usually incapable of posting 1-2-3 innings in the frame immediately after the offense scores runs. They always seem to give back a little of the momentum that their bats build.

Always nice to see a solid inning pitched to keep the pressure on.

Does Wily Mo HAVE to swing at every pitch?
