Its an old Adam Dunn argument on here that the fact that Dunn walks so much from the 6th or 7th spot in the lineup isn't good because there are weak hitters behind those positions and thereby the walks were "soft"

It was just an attempt to minimize what Adam Dunn does on a nightly basis, and a lot of us tried to point out what a stud Dunn is - however, it is still to no avail to some people.

Hope that clears it up a little

Wow! Now there's a shallow statement if I've ever seen one!

I guess because the girl is beautiful, it makes her above dating a regular-looking guy (Adam is far from ugly), and if she does, she's a gold digger.

Beauty, BTW, is in the eye of the beholder. Beauty isn't just skin deep; it's a combination of a lot of things. I've seen numerous beautiful girls (women) and handsome guys that couldn't hold a candle in the personality department... all ego and the-world-owes-me a living mindset... a total turnoff.

In my eye, Adam is extremely attractive in many ways, though he's not often the most photogenic. Some of his pics are really good and others, not so hot. Just take a look at his various baseball cards. Regardless, I find none of them ugly. And, from what I hear, he's an extremely humble guy with a terrific personality and a variety of interests. Big, rumble/tumble, manly guy with an impish, boyish grin... just my type... if only I were younger.

Anyway, I digress. Here's a few particular favorites of mine:
That post annoyed me as well, just simply because it had no point to it and it's certainly not flattering towards a player. He's posted several "Ugly Dunn" comments and as annoying and dumb as they are, just try to ignore them is the best policy.

I remember that season well. At the break, Perez was leading candidate for MVP not Bench.

RA is the only starter that hasn't reached base at least once today.

I think Adam Dunn has an inner beauty.

Or a beauty of an innie, I can never keep that straight.
