    Hopefully pricing himself out of town, I fear him returning and the Reds giving the 3rd base job to him over EE.

    And 2 million on a backup when any extra cash need to be spent on the pitching??

    He's terrible anywhere else. If you have to play him, you might as well play him in the one spot where he'll be up in the situations that he's productive in.

    I hate to say it, but if we bash Aurilia just because he's a contact hitter, then we're no better than the people like BF who bash Dunn just because he's a three true outcomes hitter.

    Fair enough. For the record, I dont want him back here next year, either, for just those reasons. But like I said, as long as we have to play him, we might as well play him where he'll do some damage.
