By the way, Sportscenter just said someone named "Adam Larue" got run over at the plate today. News to me.

I liked Golden Girls... Top that!
Golden Girls was great. Mitchell Hurwitz, the genius behind Arrested Development, got his start writing for that show.

Maybe this is how Krivsky's going to fit LaRue onto the roster? Use ESPN to get everyone to confuse him with Dunn, so the two of them can occupy one roster spot!

When Jon Gruden took over as head coach of the Buccaneers, his first press confrence talked about his being excited to work with fullback "Mark Alstott" and quarterback "Sam King."

Suffice it to say, I wasn't at all confident in his reading skills.

Redszone needs to make a roster move and recall CE to the PBP. Even just for the inning end summaries.

Man, exciting game today. I was sitting in the scouts section and got some crazy good pictures, with a little side of sunburn. I'll post them tomorrow for everyones viewing pleasure.
Benzinger backing and calling! And the 1990 world championship series belongs to the Cincinnati Reds!

Great game! For anyone close to me, I was the one heckling Wellemeyer. Looks like it worked today. I hate him with a passion after he called me a fag. I deserved it for heckling him to death last night, but who would ever think a MLB player would be dumb enough to respond?

I just saw this ridiculous post after watching the video of Dunn scoring. Adam ran hard the whole way, which he didn't need to considering the ball was laying in the left field corner and the LFer didn't even make an attempt to go after it. People like you amuse me. You just attack Dunn any chance you get, even when you don't know the facts or have any clue of what you are talking about.

    Video of Dunn scoring:

Now tell me he didn't run hard. And then explain why he should have to run 110% and risk an injury on a play where he could have did six backflips, moonwalked half the way, crawled a 1/3rd of the way, stopped and ordered a bud light from a vendor, slow danced with Mark Berry at 3B, and stop and do ten pushups and still make it to home plate safely?

I just laughed out loud at this wonderful description!

Yes, I'm sure they remember, but I'm not sure it is in a good way...

It literally depends on the month of the year. Spring Breakers heading south always bump ATL up on connecting flights. Of course, Delta is cancelling flights left and right--so it's anybody's guess at this point.

Anybody else remember Ted Kennedy's speech about those famous sluggers: Mike McGwire and Sammy Sooser?
