B3, Bases Loaded, 2 outs
David Ross up with a chance to turn this one into a real laugher. Ross is, incidentally, 0-8 when there's no place to put him. He quickly falls behind Bush 0-2. Honestly, I can't think of a soul who wouldn't rather have LaRue or Valentin up in this spot, regardless of what David Ross does here. He's the 3rd catcher on the Cincinnati Reds for a reason.
Bush runs his pitch count to 77 on a ball to move the count to 1-2 -- not very presidential like at all. Ross lines a shot down the 3rd base line as 2 runs score!!! 7-1 Reds.
The State of Bush's union: Not string.
