I knew drinking would change our luck.

But you have to excuse me..I hate the whole DH thing.

    B1, 2 out

Dave Ross up next, looking to at least get on base to turn the lineup over for the 2nd. Marty informs the Reds faithful that Dan Larkin, owner of Rose Chevrolet in Hamilton passed away this weekend. He was a good cat -- I bought my first Jeep Cherokee off him back in summer of 2001.

Ross lines out to end the inning. Bush returns to the dugout to blame the Democrats for his 1st inning woes.

Top of the 2nd, Reds leading 5-0

Bronson Arroyo returns to the mound after a long-layoff. Let's hope he's still sharp from the last inning

Prince Fielder up first. I note, for the record, that I'm conflcited in this PBP call due to Fielder's presence in the Wackbags starting lineup in my Yahoo league.

John Fay joins the booth for 2nd inning distractions and shennanigans.

Fielder hits a high fly ball back into center that Griffey can't get (a running theme for the past few weeks) that bounces into the bullpen for a double.

    1 on, 0 out.

Was that flyball caught by most CFer's? I couldn't really tell.

Bill Hall up next. I wonder if he realizes that a full 50% of his name is comprised of the letter "L" -- personally, I'd go by "William," but that's just me.

Hall strikes out. Marty and Fay yet to discuss a single matter relevant to the Reds.

Man, Koskie looks like a convict in the Gameday photo.

    T2, 1 on, 1 out

Corey Koskie steps in, as Marty and Fay talk about the return of Kent Mercker. He's described as a "Key Guy" even though he's been awful this season.

Koskie knocks a double to score Fielder from 2nd, as the Brewers quickly respond to the Reds big inning.

    5-1 Reds.

    T2, 1 on, 1 out, 1 run in

Chad Moeller continues the inning for Milwaukee. Moeller hits a crusading shot out to Dunn in left field that stays in the park for a double. Koskie is stuck at 3rd, having to hold on the fly.

    2nd and 3rd, 1 out.

Do the Reds have a team rule that states the Reds pitcher must give up at least a run after the Reds offense has a big inning?
