I have to admit, haven't been able to catch many reds games lately due to a crappy wireless connection... so while I've seen the end results.. I haven't seen the means..

BTW -- Is there anything more entertaining than FCB on Cards/Reds game threads??
It's like he puts his game face on and takes his commentary to a higher level.

School's out. What did you expect?
I'd like to see Dunn go 17-2 tonight.Originally Posted by pedro
I have a hunch the boys will rake Carpenter tonight.
If Milton can hold 'em to less than five runs, they'll win handily.
My thinking is that it's always best to catch a good pitcher on his first start back from an injury. They'll be keeping a close eye on him, and he won't likely pitch deep into the game, thus exposing a tired Cards pen.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Same for me. It's entertaining to sometimes start with the thread rather than the box score -- even more fun if you don't know who actually won (hard to do with the scores updated in the thread title now)Originally Posted by pedro

Clemens just gave up a loooonng HR and a double in A ball...
He's definitely rusty (to be expected). 21 pitches after 1 inning.
