I'm gonna drop a little tidbit in here: Brandon Phillips has now walked 15 times in his last 152 atbats dating back to the middle of May. That's a walk rate of 1 BB/10.13 atbats, which is a respectable rate. The work of Chambliss? I think so.
I agree. I have always had huge apprehensions about having BP hitting in the top of the order due to his career .262 OB%. But if Chambliss can help this kid out in this area it's possible we could see Joe Morgan Jr out there.
