Javy isn't catching Elizardo regularly anymore. He has only caught one of his last 3 starts. Time to DFA him and get Edwin up here.

Why isn't Phillips starting? He's hitting great,IMO. Even when he makes an out it's a hard out. Plus the ASG is just four days away. I guess we gotta find a way to keep Rich in the lineup everyday. He's such a stud!

I'd rather have Q as a pinch hitter then Javy. Q gives you quality AB's, Javy does not.
He has been little better than JV as a PH but JV has a lot more overall value and could have some trade value as well.

Personally, I'm not enamored of either of them in that role. It's just that JV has more value than QM so I wouldn't advocate just cutting JV.

Let's see....have to do the "whine and moan" calculation here. No Castro in line up...that will shorten it a bit. RA is in the line up...prob good for 2 pages. Dunn out of 2 spot...prob another page. Dunner hitting behind JR....another page. Phillips with the night off....about 1/2 page of complaints.Lets start at drawing on how many pages start out this thread complaining about the lineup.
I'll go with five.
