The throw looked high when it came out of his glove at first.Originally Posted by redlegs2370

Clayton gets the game winning DP. Where's the props after jumping on him the other day for undeserved blame?
amazing victory for milton
I know at first I thought he didn't have a good handle on it and then I thought the throw was going to be high.Originally Posted by keeganbrick

Milton pitched great tonight despite a lousy first inning. Nice job Milty!
Good point, for all of the criticsm that he gets (and deserving at times) he battled back (on mound and at the plate) and gave the Reds a chance to win the game. As Marty says he is the key to this team and I would have to agree. Especially since it doesn't seem like you can find a 5th starter that can give you consistant quality starts.Originally Posted by redsupport
Great interview with Eddy on Gold Star post game show! Very humble and what a great team guy, complemented Milton for hanging in there. That's the kind of character of winners.
I think he meant to word it ..Originally Posted by redlegs2370

I gave him props on the other game thread (though I've never jumped all over him).Originally Posted by GOREDSGO32
That play was all guts and determination... he knew he HAD to make it and he did. Great play.

Yeah, I saw the interview as well. I love Eddie. It's great having someone who shows the emotion he does, and someone that is so intimidating that he blows hitters away with 87 and 88 mph fastballs!Originally Posted by redlegs2370
