It's all you can hope for.

(I'd still substitute Aurilia for Clayton; it's not like there'd be any defensive dropoff).

23 homers already this year for Hall. Has been hanging out with Canseco or what?
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Mench and Francisco Cordero were expected at Miller Park on Friday night, when the team began a key three-game series against the Reds. Nix will head to Triple-A Nashville, and Julian Cordero is headed to Class A West Virginia.

Simple explanation, Narron left Ross out! I am thinking that Narron is prosperity adverse.

Now that's not fair. How can that offense expect to keep up with Milton's gifts?

Maybe Ross still has lingering soreness of the groin?

I am still looking for the game thread were NOT 1 complaint about the lineup is made. I guess if it cannot happen with this lienup, it never will.

I don't think any of these "criticisms" you're reading is serious.

Boredom breeds contempt I guess. 100+ games into the season and people are still amazed by Narron's lineups.

They are what they are, have been, and always will be.

I can do some play by play for the first few innings.
