It's time to sit some of these guys a few days in a row to get their attention. Too many strikeouts and easy outs. How many times can we afford to have opportunities and just keep coming up empty. It seems to be the same few guys. You know the ones I'm talking about.
michalak looking real good for the reds good thing we called him up or we'd have someone like franklin in the game right now so he could blow just like our bullpen did last nightand also like EZ has done for his last two starts
There's no doubt in my mind that Junior is tired after the marathon last night, but IMO his bat speed has been down this entire year.....He doesn't seem to be able to catch up to that high fastball that he loves to swing at....when pitchers pitch him low he can hit it hard because that speeds up his bat.....
A few days off and I think he'll be alright and ready to go on another hot streak....
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......
