Only 3 games left, and there is still a chance. Not bad.

Now we just have to work on Henry Blanco. Maybe some day....

"And this one belongs to the Reds." This was a very important win.

I'm still not one of those holding out playoff hopes. Hoping for a >.500 record. Nice effort from the guys tonight, especially Lohse.

Do we want that guy next year? He's been a helluva mixed bag with us, which seems to be his modus operandi. When he looks good, he looks REALLY good. When he is bad, there are few worse. My opinion? We could probably do worse for a 5th starter.

Looking ahead to Pittsburgh...I have never heard of two of the three pitchers they'll be starting. You'd think that'd bode well, right? Right. but we are Reds fans after all.
There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.

Unfortunately, every time the Reds face a young, or an "unknown" starting pitcher--they seem to be completely baffled by his stuff for darn near seven innings.

If we get to this start 2-0, then you will see "all hands on deck" for that game.

We actually have 3 pretty good match-ups. I don't mind our chances of winning all 3, but we of course will need some help from the other teams.

Put me in the category of "whatever" - I don't envy STL as much as I'm just tired as hell of em.

Maybe one good thing about this year is we can stop hearing about legend and Adam Dunn in the same sentence.

He needs to totally overhaul his work ethic or he is going to simply fade away. His body type doesn't bode well either.

I defend Dunn from the morons that criticize him at every game, but I'm extremely worried about the end of this season and his general decline.

This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.
