but he will have the opportunity to do it 3 starts out of 5 as Lohse hasn't been any worse than Saarloos and considerably better than Milton. It gets old listening to him rag on most of the team after 2 innings, much less night after night. I did notice it was much worse tonight with Thom than it has been when he is teamed with Brantley. I won't be listening once the season starts.

I haven't listened to Marty in years. I really couldn't care less about the guy. I just wanted to creatively ***** about Lohse cuz I can't stand him.

I believe the lead singer is originally from Reno, his record "The Fitzgerald" is named after one of the seedier hotel/casinos here.

Geez. Just imagine if Lohse had actually had a bad start. In this one he gave up just two runs on five hits in 4.1 innings. Throwing almost nothing but fastballs.

We should trade him for Braden Looper or Kip Wells.

We had the Phillies feed on XM so I missed the Reds call. What set Marty off to act like that?

The happiest Marty sounded all night was when he and Thom were discussing Thom's son's birthday party, which they both will be back in town for, just prior to opening day. Other than that, Marty was especially grumpy, pessimistic and critical last night (yes, even more than usual). Prior poster was right, I think, he didn't like having to do an away night game in Florida.
    sorry we're boring
