What kind of stuff does he have? I heard on the radio that he was really bringing it.

Hopefully we can keep him in the pen as well as Saarloos. They both seem more effective there.

He hit 92 a couple times, which is harder than I thought he could throw.

Santos has a fourseam/two seam, change up, splitter and curve/slider..

In relief seems he can keep control, in starting..not so much.

That's entirely possible although I think they are interchangeable.

So long as you remember to ask who has been putting their Kools out on your floor, you're ok.

    "Another clutch outing by Santos"

Isn't that redundant? Santos = clutch.

I was sitting fairly close to the action today, I was impressed with what I saw from Santos in person. His fastball was lively (a good sign in this weather) and it had run on it. He came into a pressure spot today and performed. In both apperances he got the best of the Cubs two most accomplished big league bats...a well deserved W for Slic Vic!

as long as they dont send him to AAA to make way for Milton to start Sunday... I say if Burton gets roughed up or cant find the strike zone, offer Oakland a choice of players to trade for him and let him get straight in the minors..
