Agree on the weather.. it was the wind - but the few times the sun came out it helped. Got to go to the lower level again... [on Friday night the ushers motioned to the fans in the upper levels on the ends - the $5 seats - that they can move on down to the lower level].

Actually they let everybody in the upper deck move down. We're in 433 and they told us to go on down. Of course, we only went to the seats on the lower level outside the dougouts. Far be it from us to take advantage of their generosity to sneek into better seats.

I was in 537 - then went down to the aisle close to the right field foul pole and visitor's bullpen.

I give Harang some credit. It was a gutty performance when one, due to numb fingers, can't feel the the stitching on the ball, let alone get a good grip. You can rub and blow on that ball all you want baby! It ain't gonna help much in this type of weather.

The difference in this game came down to a flubbed out that became a HR. And I say weather was a factor there too. That ball has to be harder then cement.

That is a very good point. Many mention that the ball carries better in warmer weather, but a harder ball will go farther as well.
