Certainly losing is frustrating, but when I read stuff like C. Trent's describing the "stand-up" character of several of the bullpenners, it makes a difference to me. I'm glad he writes those things.

In the real world I see lousy employees carried for years before the company finally gives up on them. Even in very succesfull companies there are employees who are more of a drag than a boost.
I'm not defending Milton (it's time for him to go) but the "in my job" comparisons are not valid IMO.
You're tired of blaming the bullpen so you blame someone who doesn't deserve any blame at all? I guess that's one way to go. Blame one of the guys who is carrying this team on offense right now. He laced that ball and Lane made a sliding catch to keep him from getting a double.
