It is for me. When I see the Adobe ad, I know I am good because no animation. Anything animated for me generally ends up grinding the page I am on to a halt.

No problems on my end. I use Chrome on Windows 10 and Safari on iOS.
I've looked into the issue, and the ad type (Rich media) that I suspect is causing the problem accounts over 80% of our advertisements, so it's not something we can realistically disable across the board, which is the only option. I'll see if I can find anyone experiencing similar issues with Adsense, and if all else fails, I'll contact their support team.
For those that are having issues reported over the past month, can you please verify whether or not your Adobe Flash is up to date? This was something westofyou suggested a while ago, and I think it makes sense to start there because a quick Google search didn't turn up reports of issues similar to what some folks are reporting here.

Meh. I don't really care since the subject's beating a (literal) dead horse. We've been over this stuff a hundred times and unless there is any new evidence like she molested collies, no one's going to change their minds about her. But it was easy to see that thread was going to be closed or moved.
