I'm seriously considering watching tonight's game on Extra Innings with the Cardinals announcers even though we have Fox Sports Cincinnati on local cable. Last night was brutal with Grande acting excited everytime Pujols did anything. Most annoying was his calling him "Albert" like he was one of the Reds players. At one point, he announced at the end of the inning, "Albert's up next!' as if Reds fans cared.

Would someone please tell him he's the Reds announcer? I used to remember the Reds PA guy announcing the Reds players in a "sunny" voice and low-keying the opposition. Not George. If he were the PA announcer at GABP, he'd yell "the gold glover Albert is now batting!" Makes me ill.

You'd think a 39 year old veteran of the broadcasting industry would know which team he is affiliated with.

Listening to the Cardinals' announcers is painful. I had them last night on MLB.tv and opted for the mute button.

Bad news. There is no Cardinals feed. And George did the entire Cardinal lineup by last name except "Albert".

    I'm going to puke.

Two outs, ball over CF head, rattles around....how does Gonzo not score? (I'm only listening)

A hit an error and a double and the Reds lead 1-0 in the second inning.

Held up by Berry. Bad throw, and he should have scored. Gonzo was halfway home when Berry put his brakes on.

It looked like Gonzalez wanted to try and score, but Berry held him up.
