Put me on record. The Reds win 4 of the next 5.

Hairston at SS. Looks like Dusty didn't learn his lesson.

He never does. Patterson making an out in the leadoff spot right now proves that.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

How much longer can Patterson hit leadoff? This is getting ridiculous. He's a good centerfielder but that's no reason to have him leadoff Dusty. I hope Bob or Jock intervine soon.

Hairston hurt or just not running on that groundout to 3rd base?

I remember when Hairston and Patterson were signed and some wondered where did they fi t in. I don't think anyone guessed CF and SS batting 1-2.

Bad start for Johnny. 0-2 fastball right down the middle and Pierre singles.

I hate Corey Patterson batting leadoff, but then I look over at Juan Pierre and his $50+ million deal and think "well, it could be worse..."

Janish takes over at SS for Patterson and immediately makes a great play.
