    Bruce looked quite patient when he first came up...that's what bothers me. He's adapting to the standard hacking ways that the rest of (or most of) this team exhibits.

    Oh...i know that.....even Hairston is usually a count worker.....it is just that everyone seems to be under the impression this is all Dusty's doing.

    If he has to tell his players to be more patient....that we have a problem

    Valentin doubles off the wall in left center. Dunn is out at the plate after a collision at home.

    Bruce's career numbers say he's gonna swing away a lot. That's fine--some great hitters have mediocre patience at the plate.
