I could see that homerun coming from a mile away once he fell behind 2-1 and 3-1. Why not walk him with Tatis on deck?

    Tatis K's.

    Tatis K's.
Cueto was having a hard time with the sun and just left a hanger right down the middle.

After falling behind 3-1 on Delgado you make him chase something and try to make him get himself out. Don't give him something decent to hit with a right hander on deck. Geez.

Agree, not a smart pitch. Should have just walked him. Hopefully as he matures Cueto won't force the issue against powerful, hot lefty hitters.

Phillips swings at a 2-0 pitch that was down and in and pops out. Good grief Brandon, you're ahead 2-0 not behind 0-2.

    Dunner!
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

The good EE has been playing the last few weeks. Would love to see him keep it up for the rest of the season.
