    So much for Dickerson not playing vs. lefties, not that I am complaining especially because Corey isn't playing.

    Hilarious. 3 straight low and outside breaking pitches to Phillips. 3 swinging strikes. Why he ever sees anything else is beyond me.
    Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    EE strikes out and Lilly continues to look like Cy Young.
    Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    Lilly through two on 19 pitches with 3 strikeouts. You're looking at the NL Central version of the Giants or Mariners.
