Two straight walks so Jolbert Cabrera swings at the first pitch at his eyes.

Two-out single from Kepp scores Arroyo! Votto follows with another hit, bringing up Edwin with two on and two out.

Edwin takes a Rudy to bring up Bruce with the bases full; Cain walks him, forcing in run #3.

Bruce walks in a run. Reds should have about 19 runs in this game.

Must say, watching the team this week, Joey Votto is a terrific young hitter. So consistent, still very young. Hope they can find a spot for Votto going forward, even when Alonso comes up.

Cabrera has another cruddy at-bat, grounding into a force to end the inning. Cain at 59 pitches through two; 3-1 Reds.

Cabrera grounds to SS to end the inning.

Bruce went in hard to second on that play and made it close. I like.

Corey Patterson is back under the Mendoza line again. He should have retired after yesterday's game.

Yeah we sure could use a bunch more .660 OPS guys in the lineup, especially ones who are so range limited they have trouble catching a cold.

Burris gets his first HR of the season....and of his big league career.

I really appreciate the philanthropy of the Reds' pitching staff, handing *two* powerless Giants their first big-league bombs in this series.
