    Bruce lines a two out double into the right center gap. That ball was smoked.

    Well, that guy that wasn't gonna' play because of the playoff race just drove in Bruce to tie the game.

    I enjoy the younger players when they come through or play well, I don't know why, I just enjoy them.

    It gives hope.....where there is none....that these rookies will develop into something more than just bench players who get piled on for even being on the roster...let alone getting starts

    Wow. Did Jason Kendell really just hit a 2-run homerun off Volquez? Unbelievable. That's what happens when you don't have command of anything. He's struggling with all of his pitches tonight.
