Eckstein screaming at the ump "Your terrible, that call was terrible". It was an awful call but when you have won only 14 games on the year things don't go your way.
If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.

That was a contender vs non-contender call. It's been a while since I see one for the benefit of our guys.

Doesn't matter. They should call it right.

Good recovery by Cueto after an awful first inning.

At least the Reds won to salvage an otherwise "Eh..." day for Reds fans, what with the uninspiring draft choices the team made tonight.

    Pssh details.

    2nd place!

Hard to imagine where they could be with a healthy Votto and EE....and getting WT to the pine.
Holy cow. 3-way logjam for 2nd place.

    Boring?

No my friend, the cold gray days during the off season are boring.

Chris Dickerson could acquire more bases and avoid more outs than Taveras does, while playing a better defensive CF. (JMHO)

So, it seems. And WT isn't much of platoon player either: lifetime OPS vs LHP: .647 and vs RHP .660.

That's just your typical southeast Washington DC citizen you are hearing.

Considering the economy its not surprisng that the Gnats are starting to struggle at the box office. The economy hasn't been hit as hard in this area as some other areas of the country. But it still has had an effect. With as bad as they have been people just don't won't to spend their extra money on a really bad baseball team.

I was amused by the commercial the Nats broadcast ran during the game where the "fan" enthuses about the "big game" where the Nats knocked the Mets out of first place last September. At least they're being honest about their lack of success.
