Not a good way to start things off Homer. 1st and 2nd Albert coming up.

The Reds are going to do their best to make Dickerson a corner outfielder. Even though he clearly is much better in CF.

Pujols hits it back at Bailey who knocks it down and then throws the ball away into right field. 2-0 Cards.

And they are taking Bailey out of the game.

The ball was lined off the side of his ankle. He is still standing in the dugout and does not really look too bad standing there but he is out of the game.

Another pitcher bites the dust for the Reds. Open tryouts to start Thursday.

Are they taking him out or does he want out?

Fisher is coming in to pitch. So Monday the bullpen had to pitch 7 innings and tonight they have to cover a full game.

Bailey still looks fine -- almost seems like he's being benched for the throw.

It is strange usually after getting hit like that they will have the pitcher throw some warm up tosses but they pretty much yanked him immediately.

Dusty didn't look like he was upset. I think the Reds are in over reaction mode because of what happened to Edison.

He threw 1 pitch and walked off on his own.

    Taveras fail.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

It will be nice to see what Fisher can do with some extended time tonight.
