Rolen makes it look so easy.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Joey may not have a hit yet but dang he's got some skills at 1B today!

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

Bronson doesn't throw hard and has a very easy delivery. I'd let him go the full 9 unless he gets in trouble. Gotta get the bullpen rest for the DH

Arroyo continues to trim the fat off his ERA now at 4.35 on the season.

Arroyo at 94 pitches, so definitely a possibility if he stays out of trouble.

    Rolen walks.

Gomes refuses to K, instead flies to right. Darnell up looking for his second homer of the game.

That was a really weird pick off move by Kershaw. No wonder he gets guys off 1B so easily. It's nearly a balk if he doesn't do it right.

Looks like a balk when he does that

Darnell walks, getting some time on the base paths today. Miller pops to short for the final out. 2-2 heading to the 8th

Does Dusty ever come out of the dugout? I would at least ask about Kershaw's move. Put it in the back of peoples minds.
