Capps on to pitch for the Pirates gets the first out of the inning. Suprised he survived the Pirate purge.

I'm all for Micah closing this one out too. Micah for the save! Well, sort of, LOL

Kory-Is that a good thing about the change in Micah's stance?

Good move to let Rolen get the last inning off with a day game tomorrow. Rosales flys out and we're heading to the 9th.

Having trouble gettings outs will do that to a player.

Rosie pops out on the first pitch. I'm not really a fan of swinging on the first pitch, but when it's right down the heart of the plate (or "right down broadway" as "some" would phrase it), I've got no problem hacking at it.

How would Micah get a save in this game with a seven run lead?!

Ahh, thanks for the explanation, Thom.

Micah won't be long for the pen if he can't keep his WHIP under control.
