I think this is the first game in a long time that the teams are probably pretty cold in the ballpark. I better remember to take my jacket to my games this weekend!

All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

I would love it if DeRosa went to a team that doesn't play us for once.

Homer has a 1-2-3 inning. Nice to see him start off strong.

It sounds like Homer's on his game tonight. Good.

1-2-3 for Homer, albeit with a few more pitches than Pineiro.

Homer's REALLY pounding the zone. 24 pitches...20 for strikes. Wow.

Maybe. Maybe by good numbers, Dusty meant 77, as if feet, which was how far Willy's leadoff pop went.

2 on, no outs. Phillips lead off single. Rolen walks. Bruce up.

Piniero seems afraid of this part of the lineup, LOL

I like that Dusty not only starts Taveras, but bats him leadoff. I mean, seriously?
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
