It is Emeril's Bananas Foster French Toast, and if you are ever feeling adventurous, this is by far my favorite breakfast treat.
Just make sure you use Pepperidge Farm or other heavy duty sweet bread.
And don't forget to soak the raisins in rum for about an hour....one thing I always add is powdered sugar, though it isn't necessary.
