    Rolen with a home run.

Bruce with an opposite field shot for a double.

Guess which one I'm more excited about??

Have a friend who's a die hard baseball fan, and Cardinals fan... he suggested that the best thing the Reds could do right now would be to bat Bruce 2nd so he gets a ton of AB's and see's better pitches with Votto in front of him... Makes sense... Oddly enough, it was only something like 80 ab's, but his best hitting has come from the 2 slot...

He would kill up there with Votto behind him, lots of fastballs. Which is what they are seeing alot of tonight and they can hit fastballs.

Hernandez might not be the most gifted hitter, but I do like his approach
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......

"I tried to play golf, but I found out I wasn't very good." -Joey Votto on his offseason hobby search

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

I like the way he swings the bat, he doesn't swing at pitchers pitches if he can help it, he hits the ball the other way with authority and can pull that inside pitch to keep 'em honest at times as well.
