Hernandez lines out to short. Reds lose 3-1.

Disappointing and bizarre game. Cueto dodges bullet after bullet, leaves a scoreless tie and we can't get it down. I know you can't win them all, but it would have been nice to have grabbed this one. Lets get them tomorrow.

I know a loss really isn't a laughing matter but I am beyond amused that the Cubs left half of Chicago on base today and only got three runs out of it. I guess that's some payback for us leaving half of Cincy on base in Thursday's game and still getting a win out of it. Hopefully tomorrow the offense comes back to life and we get the series win. Lilly is pretty good but I think our guys can get to him. Hopefully good Mike Leake shows up tomorrow and he can get win #6.

Sorry about the loss today fellas (and ladies), I'll take the blame for that one.

BTW, how are the Reds against lefty starters this year? I'm too lazy to go look for splits like that myself.

I'd rather listen to Kelch read the phone book than suffer through Thom Brennaman's attempt to make every instance on the field the most important event since the discovery of manned space flight. -westofyou

They are at or near the top of the league for every major stat vs. lefties.
