Well, I wasn't being critical of it, I was expressing surprise over him being in there facing a righty in the midst of his struggles.
But I guess that's not okay to do.
For what it's worth, a Sun Decker kindly PM'd me that Gomes is 4 for 4 lifetime against Billingsley, which is cool information, and addresses my surprise.
But I guess snarky putdowns of attempts to discuss are more the norm.

You're really getting carried away on this. It was commentary on the fact Gomes was inevitably going to have criticism about his presence in the lineup.

Lighten up. No harm meant by it. Clearly there's a feeling that Gomes shouldn't be in the lineup much, if any. And I was playing around on that sentiment wondering how long it would take to be mentioned. That was all there is to it.

Well, duh.... Our TV's these days aren't setup to handle SD... Atleast mine isn't and if I have to watch a program in it, its horrible.
