Cheap and easy way is to get a big plastic cup, like one from Mcdonald's or Wendy's. Curve the bill of your cap and push it down into the cup and leave it that way overnight or for several days.

Just keep the bill straight and wear it slightly tilted to the side. Its what all the kids are doing today.

Use the same technique as rolling a Cuban cigar.

So I guess I'm the only one who wears it totally flat. I don't do the gold sticker though. i do leave some stickers on but none on top, but underneath.

I don't get the sticker thing. But the older I get, the more things I just don't get.

    Ok, here is my process.

Step 1: Fill a teapot with water

Step 2: Bring the teapot to a boil

Step 3: When there is a good amount of steam coming out of the teapot move the brim of the hat in and out of the steam. Make sure you don't get the brim "wet" you want the steam to soften and heat the brim of the hat.

Step 4: Hold the brim in the shape you want it while it cools. It should hold it's shape from then until the end of time.

BTW this technique works to change the shape of the hat from curved to flat if you wanted to also, but why
