I'm going to post, just because I haven't posted in a game thread since the streak started. Hope my presence snaps them out of their funk

I've turned around the Reds mini-helmet on my Bengals webkin, Over The Top style. It's on.

Hey, same here! I'm glad we got to the bottom of that. Now the Reds can start winning again.

Don't forget to invoke The Rally Onion - it's presence has been noticeably absent. Help us, Rally Onion, we need you!

I was sort of expecting to see BP and Rolen get the day off.

BP hit Hammel pretty hard in Cincy earlier this year. 3 for 4

Bruce's pain still lingering, I guess.

    Posted this last night.

Got to sit about 30 rows back behind home plate again tonight, thanks to a certain Reds employee (Thanks again!), in the players section. Sat right in front of Brandon Phillips fiancee'. She was pretty awesome...not only a beautiful girl, but really funny and shared a ton of insight. Since the game was pretty wretched from the 2nd inning on, the 3 of us kept BS'ing thru the game to help the time go by.

    2 things of note:

    1) BP's hand is still pretty messed up. He's too stubborn to mention that to anyone who can do anything about it, but that is definitely a major contributing factor as to why he hasn't been too hot since he got plunked.

    2) Bruce, for the first time since they came to Colorado, took batting practice w/ the team. He seemed to be taking it VERY easy on his swings and not using his upper body at all. Just hips and legs, but, considering that, looked good.

Oh and quite a few of the guys signed today: Votto, Rolen, Gomes, & BP. I got Joey to sign his SI cover. Framing that one...

So even though the game was 98.43873% wretched, we had a good time. We need to win tomorrow, if for no other reason than my wife's complex that it's HER fault they lose.

Heading to the park now. God, please let us snap this streak...for my wife's sake if nothing else!

Travis Wood needs to be a stopper today. Tough spot for a rookie but I have faith in him.

I had a dream that Travis Wood hit an inside the park Home run.

I don't know if that's good or bad.

Let's hope the bases are loaded when he does it.

You mean after that you still took her back to the game?
