    Pioneer League All-Stars

Sliding Billy Hamilton and Tanner Robles have been named to the Pioneer League all-star team. Tucker Barnhart was honorable mention. Yorman Rodriguez was no-mention. I assume it's due to a comparative lack of at-bats (and perhaps, to a lesser extent, power): 168 AB, 2 HR, 7 BB, 30 SO, 12 SB, .339 Ave., .358 OBP, .452 Slg., .810 OPS.

The Mustangs play their final game tonight.

Billings, incidentally, is 6th (of 8 teams) in the league in runs scored, and, surprisingly, first in ERA. With one game to go, the Mustangs' total runs given up beat the next-best team by 31.

In addition to Robles, Kyle Lotzkar's late run has had a lot to do with that, as has a pretty effective bullpen (Porfirio Martinez, Pat Doyle, Tyler Cline, Drew Hayes, Josh Smith, and a few guys who have been promoted).

The Reds' pitching throughout the rookie level is extremely promising.

    Billings is 38-36.
