Fay mentioned on his Twitter a few minutes ago that Wood was starting today. Didn't say why though.

    Mark me down as concerned.

    Mark me down as confused.
"I tried to play golf, but I found out I wasn't very good." -Joey Votto on his offseason hobby search

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

Cueto out with a stiff neck according to Rick Sutcliffe, he's on ESPN Radio now.

Does this mean he'll have season-ending surgery tomorrow or later this week?

Volquez was set back with a stiff neck early in the season and he was fine. Let's hope the same for Cueto.

Maybe they need to get standard beds for these guys. Sleep number system? Votto had a "stiff neck" last year for what, two weeks?

Johnny Cueto was scheduled to pitch. The Reds announced the switch a few minutes ago. Cueto says his neck has been bothering for about five days. “Maybe I’ll pitch tomorrow.”
From Fay's blog. Tomorrow sounds iffy.

Anybody know when Bailey was scheduled to go next? Willis just pitched yesterday.

Homer last went on the 16th- last Thursday. It would make a start tomorrow as being on normal rest. Wood is on normal rest today as he last went on Wednesday and the team had Thursday as a day off.
