I dunno...would Janish have fielded that?

Dusty had to hit for Janish.

Ump just tossed somebody else. Pat Corrales? Yep. He was the acting manager since HE got tossed earlier.

Masset just dropped the ball on the mound. Balk. LOL.

The selection of Masset to pitch this inning was very odd.

Ondrusek and Masset pitch in the late innings, dude. *places toothpick in mouth*

No matter how much they get rocked.

To Masset's credit, that strike 3 pitch to Ankiel was a hammer.

I've been less than happy with Nick this year too....but who SHOULD have pitched this inning?

Worst hitter on the team. Go ahead run in scoring position.

Not saying Edgar is great shakes, and most of his success is against lefties. Still, you can't leave Janish up there.

Of course, with all these machinations, why risk the game with Masset?

I could agree with Cordero....but Logan & Jose have been pretty shaky too. Personally, I think all those innings the relievers have had to throw this year (especially early on) have started to come back and bite them. The gift of Edinson Volquez just keeps on giving.

Agree with this, but its not just Volquez. Its most of the rotation.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!
