Sorry for having to drop out on the updates. My computer was very unstable last night. Mozilla was locking up on me and is still slow this a.m. I'm using IE now (and it's old). Glad to see us pull out the win. I tossed & turned last night with my back bothering me and I kept thinking that we'd lost this game.

I see where you're coming from but I do think we need to go another direction next year. 6 blown saves is a lot given the lack of opportunities for Coco this year. He clearly no longer has a putaway pitch as shown by that 12 pitch AB in the top of the 9th. He's expensive and you have to figure his skills will erode from here on out.

I'd like to think Boxberger could contribute to this pen next yr but even if he does we'll need more help than that

Not that I've lost interest, but I missed the Mentalist finale first time around, so this game ended at ten for me. Sad to see the bullpen blew up, good to see the final result.
